Our Commitment

At MrBeast Merch Shop, we make efforts every day to improve our products and customer service. We take pride in offering diversifying and premium products that satisfy your needs. However, if, by some chance, your package(s) arrives in unusual condition. Please feel free to contact us within 7 days from the delivery date for our help.

What’s Covered?

Within one week of receiving your order, we are happy to address your return/ refund request for any of those unexpected issues:
  • Wrong Item: If you find that we send you the wrong item, not what you ordered, reach out to us ASAP so that we can send you a replacement or refund
  • Damaged Item: It’s our fault if you received a damaged item after unboxing/ open the package, therefore we’ll definitely take responsibility for this reason
  • Wrong Size: We’ll send you a replacement immediately if the size of the item you receive is different from what you selected.

What’s Not Eligible?

We can’t accept your request if the reasons are not due to our ends. For more details, please check the list below:
  • Correct Size & Item: if you receive the correct size and item without any damage, we won’t be able to accept your return request. Therefore, please double-check our size charts carefully or ask our agent before making a purchase to ensure the best fit.
  • Products do not meet your expectations: it’s really hard for us to accommodate your request in this case because customers’ expectations are vary and different. We really hope you can read our product descriptions carefully before checking out to avoid this unexpected situation.
  • Damage/ Unusual things caused by accident or improper care: we can’t accept this case because those reasons are on your end and we can’t control it. Feel free to contact us and be careful with your favorite item when you get it in your hands
  • Worn or Washed: We can only accept items that are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

To report your problem, kindly send us an email to our mailbox to get our help. Our support agent will review your circumstances to determine the reason and send you instructions about the next steps.
Please note that we only accept your return/ refund request with our permission; we’ll not be responsible if you return it yourself.
To help us resolve your matter quickly, please let us know your order ID, explain your problem briefly, and attach the proof showing your issues. We also appreciate any feedback on how we can improve our products and services.

Refund time

If we reach an agreement that we’ll issue a refund to your account, the money will be back to your original form of payment. Please note that it will take some days for your refund to be available on your account; we seek your patience in this situation. And feel free to get in touch with us if the refund hasn’t been posted on your account after 5 business days.
